By now it is known worldwide the extent of the damage that Coronavirus can and has caused the world.
Tens of thousands have died so far as medical staff struggle to care for the sick. Several other healthcare professionals are also battling every day to find a cure for the virus which has now killed almost 19 thousand people all over the world.
The Coronavirus was first discovered in Wuhan, China at the beginning of the year 2020, and since then, it has gone on to infect over 435 thousand people around the world.
Countries like Spain and Italy have overtaken China’s official death rates, and Italy has doubled China’s 3285 deaths so far.

In the midst of this scary news, though, there is a bit of good news, and it is that over 100 thousand people have recovered from the virus so far. This means that contracting the Coronavirus is not a death sentence.
Panicking over the virus will not do you much good, instead, it will spur you to actions (like panic buying) that may rob others of the opportunity to get things that they need.

If they cannot self-isolate, they will be forced to move around even more, exposing them and others to the virus.
Therefore, our advice in these Coronavirus times is to stay calm, wash your face, and stay at home until the storm has passed. Spend the time bonding with loved ones, testing out new recipes, reading some books, taking a much needed social media break, and just breathe.
Remember that no matter how worried you are right now, it does not matter in the grand scale of things. The world existed before you were born, and you will still die. No matter what happens, the world will still be here and you won’t always be.
Why worry about something so trifling when you can enjoy the time that you have now? Think about it.
