Chemically, rainwater is the purest form of water. But when it rains, the atmospheric impurities also dissolve, thus making it contaminated.
If the environment has a high content of vitamin B12 then the chances of the rainwater having B12 are pretty strong.
Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin that is produced by bacteria and ends up in some (tiny) concentration in bodies of water. When evaporation takes place, vitamin B12 make its way into rain clouds.
