Livespot Entertainment boss, Darey aka Darey Art Alade, had announced his new single “Jah Guide Me” would be available on the 1st of August and asked fans to pre-save the song. However, the project wasn’t quite on schedule.
“Jah Guide Me”, produced by Pheelz, finally got released on the 14th of August 2020, and it’s Darey’s first release in 5 years, with an album also be said to be on the way.
The song features an impressive vocal performance from Darey as he explains the need for God’s guidance during these trying times.
“Jah Guide Me” is a unique afrobeat tune that draws from his Yorùbá heritage and its storytelling tradition, a sound that the young and older generation of Nigerian music can vibe to.
