The beauty of award season is that there’s just no break. No time to get over the fun – the hashtags, the memes, and the fashion failures.
It’s barely a week since the curtain closed on the 2018 Golden Globes and on Thursday night we saw Hollywood return for another annual ceremony honouring the best of the best of both film and television achievement.
Decided by members of the Broadcast Film Critics Association (BFCA) and the Broadcast Television Journalists Association (BTJA), the 2018 Critics’ Choice Awards was hosted by Olivia Munn. It held at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Calif on the 11th of January, 2018.
The best part for me was that Gal Gadot received the 2018 #SeeHer Award for her outstanding performance in Wonder Woman.
As for nominations, The Shape of Water led with 14.

Abi
Hmmmm
Congratulations to all winners..nice outfits
Yes bro
Thanks for your positive feedback
This The Shape of the water almost packed the whole awards. I don’t agree with the Best Comedy Award, Girls Trip deserves it much. See how Naija Cinemas were filled up because of it. Which one be BIG Sick??? Mtcheww..they don’t deserve it abeg.
Even this Movie Get Out…its not meant to be even on that list as Best Sci-fi/Horror, it should have been given to ‘it’…
‘It’ was simplified and yet sooo scary…
All the same Congrats to the awardees
Yes so a big congrats to them all
Thanks for been positive
