Father-daughter music duo King Khan and Saba Lou are suing Rihanna and Fenty over copyright infringement in an ad.
TMZ reports that King Khan and Saba Lou filed a case against Rihanna and Fenty over copyright infringement. Fenty, owned by Rihanna, had posted a social media advert using sounds from the song “Good Habits (and Bad)”.
According to the lawsuit, the song’s owners had not given their legal permission to the cosmetics and fashion company. The implicating advert on Fenty’s Instagram page had garnered over 3.4 million views as of the time this was published.
