Actor Jussie Smollett’s case will face a grand Jury in the coming week, according to TMZ.
TMZ reports that the two brothers who were picked up as persons of interest in the case are currently living in Chicago, under the watchful eyes of the police. According to the gossip site, the police don’t want people to get in touch with them.
TMZ also reports that when their house was raided, they found magazines with torn pages which are believed to have been used to send threatening letters to Jussie.
Sources told TMZ that Jussie was asked if he would sign complaints against the two men who attacked him and he was clear that he would. But, when he found out the two brothers were the ones in custody, he said he knew them, felt bad for them and declined to sign the complaints.

The sources also added that although police believe the brothers purchased the rope that was around Jussie’s neck after the incident, there is no surveillance video at the hardware store because it erases after a week.
There were reportedly red flags from the beginning. Police were extremely suspicious when Jussie took them to the area where he said he was attacked and pointed to an obscure camera saying how happy he was that the attack was on video. Turns out the camera was pointing in the wrong direction. Police thought it was weird he knew the location of that camera, TMZ noted.
