According to prosecutors, Ali Abulaban moved out of his apartment, leaving his daughter and wife alone, but returned with a spare key one particular morning. That was when he installed a spy application on his daughter’s iPad to monitor his wife’s every move.
Prosecutors also revealed that in September 2021, he had pushed his wife during a misunderstanding, injuring her in the presence of their daughter. The incident likely made her start considering divorcing her husband.
