'Ile Owo' (House of Money) teaser drops ahead of highly-anticipated June release

In a new released Ile Owo official teaser clip for his upcoming film, Dare Olaitan offers an exciting look at what’s to come.

The clip offers an exciting look into the horror title following a female character whose live takes on vacation to Mexico City turns out badly after she accepts the proposal of billionaires. The eagerly awaited ‘Ile Owo’ stars an impressive ensemble including Bisola Aiyeola, Efa Iwara and Tina Mba among others.

The official synopsis reads:

“Busola has forever been unlucky with love. Pressure by society and her parent to tie the knot to lift her family out of poverty she finally meets Tunji – the perfect man.

“At first, Busola struggles to understand why a billionaire would choose to marry her but after she accepts his proposal of marriage, a series of increasingly disturbing discoveries lead her to a truth she could never have imagined.”

The horror flick is the latest collaboration between Olaitan’s Singularity Media and Kayode Kasum to be distributed by FilmOne Entertainment. The duo first launched their partnership with 2021 ‘Dwindle’, a comedy featuring Jidekene Achufusi, an entrepreneur who becomes president of Nigeria during his college years at Law School; Samuel “Broda Shaggi” Perry (comedian); Charles Etubor Sangbone(singer).

The talented filmmaking duo has completed another production. This time, they directed a musical titled Obara M which stars Olaitan as producer and features musicians from all over Nigeria.
