A small muscle movement is all it takes to turn the sides of you mouth, but trust me; a smile packs a surprising amount of power.
Come to think of it, a smile can mean a lot of things. It can convey confidence, happiness, and even approval. It can lighten up a person’s countenance. My friend said, “A smile transmits positive vibes”. Sure it does. Also, smiling on purpose can make people feel better and of course comfortable around you.
Now, why frown when you can smile? I don’t see the reason why you have to keep a straight face all the time, especially my ladies.

Make a first impression with your smile. Always appear warm, and let people know you for how you warm them up with your smile. It doesn’t cost much at all.
One little smile is worth a great big smile. So erase the frowns and turn them around.
