Google is celebrating Nigeria’s independence day with a beautiful doodle which, features Nigeria’s colours – Green and White – and the Zuma rock in Abuja.

Independence Day is an official national holiday in Nigeria, celebrated on the first of October. It marks Nigeria’s proclamation of independence from British rule on 1 October 1960.
Google is not the only tech giant to mark Nigeria’s Independence, Twitter also released a special emoji in celebration of the Day.
