New batch of 67 Nigerians repatriated from Libya

Another Batch of 67 Nigerians were repatriated from Libya on Tuesday, December 12 

Their return was facilitated by the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) with help from the European Union.

They will be arriving Nigeria later today.

Meanwhile, Nigeria has called on the international community to work together with the aim of achieving a world free of racism, xenophobia, and related intolerance.

Alex Ajayi, minister permanent mission of Nigeria to the UN, delivered Nigeria’s statement at a debate on ‘elimination of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance’ at the UN headquarters in New York.
