Nancy Isime was born on 17th December 1991 in Lagos State. However, careful research into her origin confirmed that her father is from Edo State, meaning that Nancy Isime is from Edo State. As of which particular tribe she is from, it could be of the many tribes in the state including Edo, Okpe, Esan, Afemai/Etsako, Ora, Akoko-Edo, Igbanke or Emai ethnic group.
Nancy Isime lost her mother when she was only fives old and grew up with her father whom she described as a disciplinarian in an interview. She also stated that as an adult, she is grateful for his training.
