The Nation reports that Kamoru reportedly rained blows on his brother’s wife after 60-year-old Olufunke refused taking him to her husband’s properties and granting him access to inventory of the buildings owned by his sick brother.
Olufunke who sustained an injury from the assault, was admitted at Shomolu General Hospital, Lagos while the matter was reported to Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID), Alagbon, Ikoyi, Lagos, who subsequently arrested and arraigned Kamoru before an Ikeja Chief Magistrate’s Court on November 3, 2017.
Kamoru however pleaded not guilty, after his prosecutor read out his charge in suit number MIK/A/250/17 Commissioner of Police versus Kamoru Labinjo, over the offence committed on September 22, 2017.
