Kelvin had requested the nudes and she obliged after some hesitation, reasoning that after all, he was her then husband. Following the breakdown of their marriage, Kelvin and his family sought to leverage the nudes against her. She said she had recordings of their threats and wondered how a family and a husband can “publish the nudity of his own wife and mother of his child, which she sent him in confidetiality and trust as his wife”
