A convicted paedophile, Bryan Anthony Bowen has escaped jail term because he the judge concluded that he is too short to be put in ‘adult jail’.
Bryan was found out to have sent a message to a girl aged 15 on Facebook and the message contained obscene words, he texted her: “Do you want to fk?” He also sent her additional message asking her: “I will fk you for your birthday present”.
Justice Rhys Roland had been the presiding judge and after the evidences provided by the police which also includes his chat with another girl aged 13 where he requested for her nudes saying: “fit as f**k.” The judge decided that Bryan was too short for a heavier sentence, he stated: “small in stature and emotionally inadequate.”
