The coalition of Kurdish and Arab militias that is spearheaded by the U.S. militia have finally after fierce battles run the terror group of ISIS that have dominated the city of Raqqa where they named as their Islamic State Caliphate and had planted their flag back in 2014.

This news comes after the recent bomb attack in Somalia (though ISIS has not come out to claim responsibility for the action) that left close to 300 people dead and that number injured.

Raqqa currently lies in ruins as the army recorded according to their spokesman that a total of six thousand fighters died in the battle to liberate the city (this is an estimated number of casualty).

Many News analyst have contributed that the organization is far from dead as it still holds many territories across the world and there are other groups who have openly sworn allegiance with them, their routing will however leave them with only the option of moving back into other territories as the military continue to flush them out especially in places around the Raqqa Stadium where they chose as their ammunition site.

The residents of the city who have fled in the event of the occupation by the terrorists and others who had to leave because of Airstrikes by the U.S. backed military will now have the job of re-building amidst fear of the political tensions that once created this group in the first place.
