The Queen missed opening of parliament for the first time in 59 years, but her absence was not felt as much this go around with Prince Charles delivering instead.
The palace has released a statement regarding Princess Hayoon’s medical condition, noting that it was due to her “episodic mobility problems” and decision had been made in consultation with doctors.
