Ifeanyinwa, the medical doctor wife of Nigerian reporter Pius Angbo who works for Channels tv, has accused him of battery in a viral video.
In the viral video, Ifeanyinwa , who is based in Owerri said Pius repeatedly beats her.
Ifeanyinwa mentioned that they have four children, and that throughout their six years of marriage, Pius beats her up. She also claimed that when she was pregnant, he sat on her tummy to beat her.
She showed her battered face, and stated that her husband tried to ? stran?gle her, even though she just had a baby four weeks ago through caesarean section.

In a response to a viral video, Channels TV station waded into the wife battery report against its Benue reporter, Pius Angbo, saying it will take appropriate action after the probe.
Taking to their official social media account, they wrote: “Channels Television does not condone violence against women or anyone in general.
“The domestic violence matter reported against one of our reporters is being investigated and appropriate action will be taken.”
