See first reactions to Zack Snyder's Army of the Dead

The first reactions to Zack Snyder’s “Army of the Dead” are trooping in, and we are glad to tell you that it did not disappoint. As a zombie heist action thriller film, it delivers on everything that viewers were expecting, according to Brandon Davis.

The movie is a BLAST. It takes itself seriously and commits to that, so after a few minutes, I was totally in. It's a big-budget, creative, super fun, thrilling, violent zombie film. That's what you want, that's what you get.

Another viewer and comic fan, Kirsten Acuna, who is also a correspondent for media house Insider, could not refrain from taking a jibe at Warner Bros. She wrote:

I saw #ArmyoftheDead and I’m all-in on this world.

Collider writer Perri Nemiroff also agrees with Brandon Davis’ take that the film gives what one expects. “… a downright stunning display of zombie mayhem and carnage,” she tweets.  Eric Italiano also praises “Army of the Dead” while chastising Snyder for making the film ‘about 20 minutes too long’.

There are two recurring pieces of advice for people who are yet to see the film: lookout for the opening credits and watch it with as many people as possible, just ensure that they love gory flicks. The zombie thriller is more than its action scenes as many have described it as ‘fun’ and ‘humorous’. We can not wait to hear what you think about it after you see it.
