Fear comes from different sources – there’s the fear of an upcoming task, the fear for loved ones’ safety, the fear of tasks and challenges that we have to face, among many other things.
It can be easy to let the fear take over, to crumple under the weight of the crushing uncertainty. However, that is not a good way to live life.

We have to be willing to face our fears head-on, to confront them, to grow from them, and become better for them. After you have passed through will you then feel the freedom and the confidence you need to tackle others.
And there will always be others. It could be the fear of not being enough in any area of life, the fear of making even the smallest mistake that causes you to lose everything you have worked for, and so many others.
The truth, though, is that the fear is always there, no matter what you do. Even if you manage to conquer it today, there will always be another situation that will instil fear into your heart. And you cannot run from your fears forever; it’s best to face them.
This Monday, our quote to you is about the power of fearlessness and is from Greek-American author and Huffington Post co-founder, Arianna Huffington. Arianna has written several books about fear and how to wield like a tool and overcome it.
