JAMB registrar Ishaq Oloyede says only 25% scored above 200

The registrar of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), Professor Ishaq Oloyede, has revealed that just 25% of the students who took the exams in 2018 passed.
Oloyede revealed this in a meeting at the Bola Babalakin Auditorium in Gbongan, Osun State. Oloyede said over 1.6 million candidates took the exam and only 414,696 scored above 200.
He further revealed that the cut-off will be arrived at after a cumulative consideration of the scores of the students.
