Davido, Ckay, Yemi Alade Set To Perform At Africa Day Concert

The third Africa Day concert will feature artists from five countries including D’banj, Davido and CKay. They are among the many musical acts that have been announced for this year’s event on YouTube

This year’s concert will feature artists from all over Africa, including Sierra Leone and Tanzania, and It promises to be an incredible show for everyone not to miss. The yearly performance, according to Okosi is a musical tribute celebrating Africa. The diverse and lively performers from all over the continent are highlighted in this showcase for their captivating sounds that have made them headlines around globe.

This performance is meant to commemorate the founding of African unity on May 25th, 1963. The organization has been showcasing African culture through music and dance for over fifty years now with this particular show being no exception. He said that YouTube has been a major conduit for linking African musicians with people all over the world.

The yearly performance, is a musical tribute to Africa, highlighting the lively African music performers that are generating headlines around the globe. According to the Nigerian News Agency, the performance is intended to commemorate the founding of the Organization of African Unity on May 25, 1963, by showcasing African culture via music.

YouTube has announced that they will be streaming a one-day concert, “The Africa Day Concert,” which combines traditional African sounds with modern ones. The event is an opportunity for people from all over world to come together in celebration of this beautiful continent and its culture – home too more than 1 billion residents!

Drizilik, a prominent Sierra Leonean recording and performance musician, would also be performing from the West African region, according to him. Busiswa Gqulu, a South African singer-songwriter and poet, and Kamo Mpela, a singer and dancer, are also scheduled to play at the Africa Day Concert, according to Okosi. Busiswa South Africa Ckay, Nigeria Davido Nigeria Dbanj Nigeria are among the artists set to participate at the Africa Day Concert 2022.
