The team dropped from 47th to 48th place on the list. This is not much of a surprise as Nigeria has failed to win any of their last 3 matches, losing 1-0 to the Czech Republic, 2-1 to England, and drawing 1 – 1 to DR Congo.
In Africa, Nigeria has also dropped. They moved from 6th place to 7th place behind Tunisia, Senegal, Congo DR, Morocco, Egypt and Ghana.
