The now-former couple affectionately called ZiGi by their 66 million social media fans announced their separation on Tuesday via statements they issued on Twitter.
They dated for more than two years and were at one time featured on the cover of Vogue magazine.
According to the Sun, the couple broke up because they were apparently growing apart due to stress in their schedules. But that’s pure speculations.
Their statements basically state that it’s all love, and hint at trying again later down the line. They also asked for privacy during this period.
