According to TMZ, they were actually already broken up at that point. Apparently, they split right after their trip to Italy because Kourtney reportedly found out Younes cheated on her. The comment on the Instagram happened right after they broke up, hence the bitter and resentful comment.
Recall that Younes commented on a picture Kourtney posted on Instagram. He wrote: “That’s what you need to show to get likes?” The comment has since been deleted.
