Watch the trailer for the Smart Money Woman TV show featuring Osas Ighodaro, Toni Tones, Lala Akindoju

The upcoming series which is based on the book by Arese Ugwu is produced by Lala Akindoju and directed by Bunmi Ajakaiye. The series was written by Pearl Osibu and Jola Ayeye.

It stars the previously announced actress, Osas Ighodaro in the lead role as Zuri. In supporting roles are Toni Tones, Ini Dima-Okojie, Ebenezer Eno, Timini Egbuson, Seun Ajayi, Temisan ‘Taymesan’ Emmanuel, Nonso Bassey and Akindoju.

The movie is set for a September release on Africa Magic and follows the main character, Zuri and her friends on their journeys to financial liberation.

Now, the trailer has been released and it gives an insight into what we can expect from the show. We get an insight into the five women, their struggles with money and the people in their lives, as well as the ways through which they cope with their challenges.
