The movie follows Regina Hall, a tyrannical tech company CEO named Jordan Sanders who lords over and torments her assistant April, played by Issa Rae. A seemingly magical child out of nowhere transforms Jordan into a 13-year-old version of herself.
Little was directed by Tina Gordon and written by Gordon and Girls Trip’s Tracy Oliver, and apparently the idea for the story came from Marsai Martin.
