Hip pop queen Beyonce launched her Ivy Park collection and a UK supermarket trolls her, comparing the collection to their workers’ uniform.
Queen B’s Ivy Park which was produced in collaboration with a popular sportswear company Adida, was launched on the 18 of January 2020.
According to the singer, she had said before the launch of her collection that her new line is fun and lends itself to creativity, the ultimate power. She also said that she focused on designing a unisex collection of footwear and apparel. Apparently, some of the collections look a lot like the staff uniform Sainsbury, a popular UK supermarket.
Sainsbury didn’t waste time to troll the celebrity singer. They promptly took to their Twitter handle to tweet joke about the canny resemblance of the collection to their staff uniform.
Some items on the singer’s collection are already sold out. Also, recall, that before the launch, the singer also gifted the collection to Cardi B.
“Repping since 1869,” tweets Sainsbury from their official Twitter account alongside an image of a person wearing their uniform.

I am loving all the weird Beyoncé fans picking fights with a UK supermarket because they made a pretty decent joke about their queen. I mean it literally looks like their uniforms. ?? pic.twitter.com/2Ya7hv7bQY
