Online reports said the ex-boyfriend had gone into the deceased room, doused her with gas and set her ablaze.
The incident occurred at Barclay area of Monrovia, Liberia last week. She was rushed to the hospital with severe burns, but she died the same day.
She has since been buried at the rehab cemetery in Wuo Town, Ganta on January 6.
