Seun Kuti, the son of late afrobeat legend Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, replied Kanye West after the rapper claimed that the spirit of Fela lives in him.

Seun was reacting to a video shared online where Kanye West said he is the best artist on the planet because he carries in him the spirit of Fela Kuti, Bob Marley, and Tupac.

Kanye said in the video:

“My music is the best on the planet. I am the best living recording artist. We, rather, because the spirits flow through me. The spirit of Fela, the spirit of Marley, the spirit of Pac flows through me.

“We know who the best.”
