Ajebutter22 who was born Akintoye Balogun had been on the Nigerian music scene for sometime but then he went under until he came up back with Bad Gang that included rave of the moment, Falz, and he literally was on every radio’s playlist and since then he has released other hits like Ghana Bounce and Lagos Big Boy as well as Wayward. He was also on Falz’s track Regards to your Mumsi.
The cover of the album that he announced will be released on November 24 is evolution themed, with a beautiful timeline beneath that shows struggles of a student until full blown success. It also in someway shows that life is in stages and jumping the queue is dangerous. Let us see what the tracklist will however show us.
The title of the album What Happens In Lagos will most likely tow the line that Falz uses, of decrying the rot of the Nigerian system and the bad lifestyles of the youths.
