Tamar Braxton rushed to hospital by boyfriend, David Adefeso after suspected suicide attempt

The 43-year-old reality TV star was staying with her boyfriend, David Adefeso at the Ritz Carlton hotel when he found her unresponsive in their room.

According to The Blast, David called 911 to report that his girlfriend had been drinking before ingesting some prescription pills in what he suspects is a suicide attempt.

While Tamar’s condition is still unknown, The Blast claims she has been having problems due to an ongoing contract dispute with WeTV.

A spokesperson for the reality TV star said: “Tamar has had a very tough and emotional day — more information will be coming in the next few days. Please pray for her.”

Tamar and David run a couple’s YouTube channel, Coupled and Quarantined where a new episode was supposed to air on Thursday.

However, a statement was shared on the channel, saying: “Hello Ya’ll Unfortunately, Your girl Tamar is under the weather today and not feeling well so we need to postpone today’s show (Don’t worry it’s not COVID).

“We’re sad because we had a great show lined up for you today, but next week’s show is going to be even bigger and better. 

“So sorry for the inconvenience, we know many of you look forward to the show every week. we’ll make it up to you next week.”
