Stream Skales latest track featuring Davido "This Your Body"

Nigerian singer and songwriter Skales has released brand new song featuring one of Africa’s finest musicians, Davido, on “This Your Body”.

The song dropped a few days after Skales unveiled his new signee on his Instagram page as he moves into a new era of his career.

Skales had released a 7-track EP last year titled “Healing Process” and bounced back stronger as the year progressed with tracks such as “Inumidun“, “Kayefi“, among others.

“This Your Body” is an ode to beautiful curvy women with the likelihood of a hookup as Skales and Davido delivers a summer banger on the Amapiano inspired joint.

Skales and Davido have had songs together in the past such as “Always” and “Currency,” and seeing their chemistry on “This Your Body” is no new thing.

Skales said, “The record is many shades of creative genius to me,” in an email to The FADER. “I was trying to make a summer anthem that aimed at the ladies and I couldn’t think of anybody else than the baddest Davido. Krizbeatz is a longtime collaborator of both myself and Davido. We all just linked and delivered this masterpiece. [sic]”
