She cautioned people to be careful of the words and the questions that they ask women who are still waiting for the fruit of the womb.
The mother of four used her own experience as an illustration to share her frustrations with these people. Sunmbo, who had two sons with 2face Idibia before marrying her husband, Pastor David Adeoye, said people began to ask questions when she did not immediately have a baby with her husband.
She also shared that a lot of the things that people said actually hurt her, and she advised people to stop saying insensitive things. She wrote:
“Concerned citizens : “All this sisi Eko you are doing, just give pastor a child pls, we are begging.
“My physics face : “The babies are coming ma/sir”
“My mind : “Do you people know what I’ve been through trying to ensure this happens?”
“Me Behind closed doors : God when?
“Today nko? Thank you Jesus for victory over delay. It Feels good to actually have the babies here.
“STOP passing hurtful comments to those waiting to have a child. You don’t have an idea what they are going through behind closed doors and the words you utter out of concern may break them down emotionally. Don’t be the one causing distress to someone else’s feelings.
