Sgt Wayne Delk, county police spokesman, said a report came in early Monday accusing the singer, whose real name is Bobby Wilson.
According to Delk, it is an active case and could not give out more than the confirmation. Wilson has not been arrested and there is no warrant for his arrest, Delk said.
A representative for Wilson tells TMZ that they are pursuing legal action “against what appears to be a weak yet calculated attempt to obtain financial gain through ulterior motives in the matter.”
