Zlatan Ibrahimovic grabbed a brace in AC Milan’s 4-0 win over Crotone to take his tally to more than 500 club goals on Sunday.
Ibrahimovic opened the scoring for Milan in the 30th minute with his 500th club goal and added to that tally in the second half.
Ante Rebic also grabbed a brace in less than a minute shortly after.
Davide Calabria had a goal disallowed earlier as Milan thought they had taken an early lead but Ibrahimovic was flagged offside in the build-up.
However, the Rossoneri broke the deadlock when Ibrahimovic played a one-two with Rafael Leo before placing an angled drive into the far corner.
Ibrahimovic’s 501st club goal was perhaps the easiest he has ever scored as he was left unmarked, six yards out, to tap in Theo Hernandez’s low cross.
Rebic then continued from where Zlatan stopped, heading in Hakan Calhanoglu’s corner before firing home the rebound after Ibrahimovic’s effort had been parried by Crotone goalkeeper Alex Cordaz.
Milan move back on top of the Serie A with a two points advantage over second-place Inter, who won 2-0 at Fiorentina on Friday. The two Milan teams meet in two weeks.
