Popular Nigeria actor, Richard Mofe-Damijo, popularly known as RMD isn’t letting the hardship across the country dampen his enthusiasm for Christmas.
He made this known via a Christmas missive he posted on his Instagram message, in which he notes that times are hard and that it hardly feels like Christmas.
He, however, claims that his case is made different because he is a “believer“. “Though living here but separated by my covenant… My needs have been met,” he writes, which reminded us of that scripture verse that says something in the line of “you’re in the world but not of the world.”
RMD further adds that he will share (we assume he means almsgiving, which is great) “because that is what my God promised me.” He ends his message with a “Merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous new year.”
