According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the rapper was indicted by a grand jury in Fulton County, Georgia for 3 counts felony – possession of cocaine, possession of THC and misdemeanour possession of less than 1 ounce of weed at Fulton County.
If convicted, the hip-hop star could get up to 10 – 15 years in prison.
Recall that Ty Dolla was arrested in September after a ton of weed and cocaine were found in his bag in Atlanta. During his arrest, he was travelling with 6 other people who were released without charges.
