Rapper J. Cole and wife are expecting their second child

The 34-year-old legendary rapper who has always been private about his family revealed the news, on Friday, in his Dreamville’s compilation project, Revenge Of The Dreamers III.

On the closing track, ‘Sacrifices’ which features Earthgang, Smino & Saba, the Dreamville boss raps.

“I had nowhere to go, she gave me a place to stay/She gave me her heart to hold/I still got that shit to this day,” he spits. “She ridin’ with me on the road/She ridin’ with me in the A/Huggin’ the block, huggin’ the block, okay.

“She gave me the gift of my son, and plus we got one on the way/She gave me a family to love, for that, I can never repay, I’m crying while writing these words/The tears, they feel good on my face.”

Cole and Melissa who married in 2015 already have a son together. Melissa is an event planner and also the Executive Director of J. Cole’s Dreamville Foundation.
