Rapper M.O.S. is suing rap trio Migos and Capitol Records for stealing their hit song, Walk It Talk It, from him.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, M.O.S. whose real name is Leander C. Pickett claims he recorded a song titled, Walk It Like I Talk It, in 2007 and copyrighted the track in 2018. M.O.S says he released his song on a mixtape titled, It’s Like a Movie, with DJ Folk.

Pickett claims he first heard the Culture II track and noticed the similarities to his in January. He accused Migos of not getting his permission to use his track and is demanding an injunction against Migos who still get profit off of his work.

M.O.S. wants the rap group to turn over all the money they made and is seeking unspecified damages.
