The football debate is settled as the Premier League will be restarted on 17 June after a three-month hiatus amidst the Coronavirus pandemic.

92 premier league matches are remaining to be played this season and it will see it begin with Manchester United and Arsenal, and Aston Villa and Sheffield going head to head for the first games after the resumption.

Kickoff times have also been changed to allow fans to enjoy the games without being present at the stadiums. As previously stated, games will be played in empty stadiums to reduce the risk of Coronavirus.

Football fans don’t have to worry though as they will be able to stream all the games played during the restarted season.

The times for the games to be played have been set up in such a way that fans can enjoy up to four live matches on Saturdays and Sundays as the league tries to finish the remaining 92 games of the season.

The plan to resume the league is not finalized though as it awaits a green light from the UK’s Department of Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) and government.

In what is probably the most important news this season, Liverpool will retain their position at the top of the table as will other teams. Bournemouth, Aston Villa, and Norwich are still at risk of being relegated.
