Maybe they were planning a sex party! Not an excuse though.

Lelo, a business in the US that deals on sex paraphernalia has reported of theft of over 30,000 condoms and sex toys from its warehouse located in Las Vegas. The company reported that the heist was carried out twice over the Memorial Day weekend (26-28 May).  The thieves first struck on Friday night at about 7:45 pm, carting away two packed boxes, each containing 15,120 individually wrapped Hex condoms. The second heist was carried out on Saturday morning but it is not certain whether it was committed by the same thieves from Friday night. This time, the thieves carted away sex toys including a box of 33 prostate massagers and 48 Kegel exercising aids and a third box with undisclosed items.

The company detailed the robbery incident in a blog post, in which they posited that they were planning to give away thousands of Hex condoms for free. “They could have just waited and asked for them like everyone else” the blog suggested. The blog post further asked, “What kind of party are these people having?” “We could have done the sponsorship or something. A friggin’ invite might have been nice.”

Meanwhile, the public’s help is being solicited to identify the thieves who were caught on CCTV.
