Nollywood actress Rita Dominic begins shooting of La Femme Anjola

Nollywood actress Rita Dominic has united with The Meeting’s director, Mildred Okwo, for an upcoming psychological thriller titled, La Femme Anjola.

Rita Dominic had previously worked with Mildred Okwo in the 2012 comedy The Meeting.

The movie tells the story of a young and successful stockbroker (played by Nonso Bassey). His life is turned upside down when he falls in love with a beautiful woman (played by Rita Dominic), who turns out to be a femme fatale that’s working with her husband to get take him down.

Okwo has been working on the new film project under the Audrey Silva Company since 2015 when she began shopping for cast and crew to work with.

Also in the cast line up are Femi Jacobs, Aderounmu Adejumoke, Big Brother Naija ex-housemate, Bassey Ekpeyong, Uzor Osimkpa as well as music talent manager Soso Soberekon who makes his acting debut.

Shooting has started but mums the word on the likely release date for the movie.
