Niyi Towolawi's movie ‘Desecration’ to screen in Nigeria cinemas

According to the vanguard, the movie which recently screened in the UK will be coming to Nigeria cinemas on April 21, 2017. It was set and shot in London and stars Nollywood veterans Rita Dominic, Joseph Benjamin, Rykardo Agboh, alongside UK actors; Nicola Alexis (currently starring in Harry Porter musical), Max Cavenham, Moji Bamtefa and talented eight-year old Angel Agala, who are all of Nigerian and British backgrounds.

 

Desecration tells the story of enthralment and obsession and explores how a chance meeting and a casual encounter quickly becomes a living nightmare.

The director of the movie, Niyi Towolawi, is quoted to have said that he believed that the movie will be loved by Nigeria audience.  Adding that he “Hope they find it as rewarding as it was to work on it, with such talent, and a producer that allowed me so much space to put my signature as an auteur on the film”.
