The buzz around it is fading and a new kit is set to be designed by Nike. The football kit company has met with the Nigerian Football Federation and is set to outdo themselves.
According to Guardian, representatives from the two organisations met in Abuja where it was announced that the merch was being worked on.
Nike has also agreed to open more outlets across Nigeria to ensure the merch finds its way to the hands of Nigerians.
The new designs are scheduled to arrive in summer next year and the NFF has said they intend “to deepen the relationship going forward.”
