Congratulations to Nikki Minaj and her now-husband, Kenneth Petty on their marriage.
The news isn’t exactly surprising as Nikki has been talking about getting married for the better part of the year.
The couple was reported to have gotten their marriage licence back in June but that licence went to waste because Nicki Minaj’s work schedule prevented them from getting married before the 90-expiration date of the license. So, they had to apply for another one in late July and managed to meet the 90-day deadline to use the licence.
It was Nicki who shared the exciting news of her marriage in a not-so-subtle way on Instagram
The night of yesterday, 21 October 2019, Nicki uploaded a video of mugs and face caps arranged in a manner to read: “Mrs Bride Mr Groom”. As if that’s not enough giveaway, she captions the video: “Onika Tanya Maraj-Petty 10•21•19“. Nicki’s given name is Onika Tanya Maraj.
