'My Wife, My Daughter and My self were Covid-19 Positive' - Peter Okoye says in new video

As the number of COVID-19 cases continues to rise, more people are sharing their recovery stories with the deadly pandemic that has killed almost 500 thousand people worldwide. 

In Nigeria, it has also unfortunately taken a number of lives including those of Dan Foster, Abba Kyari, Abiola Ajimobi, and many others.

Nigerian singer and one half of singing group, P-Square, Peter Okoye is the latest in the line of people sharing their encounters with the COVID-19 pandemic.

The singer took to his Instagram page to share a four-minute video detailing how himself, his wife, Lola Omotayo, and his domestic staff all suffered from COVID-19 for three weeks.

In the video, he described the period as “three weeks of hell for me and my family”.

He also drew attention to the fact that he has been conducting his zoom lives from a different room as opposed to his regular location because he was in self-isolation.
