Mercy Aigbe's ex-husband celebrates new wife on her birthday

Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe’s estranged hubby, Lanre Gentry, has showered praises on his new wife as she marked her birthday.

According to the Lagos socialite, his new partner is a good wife (a dig at Mercy Aigbe?) as he wishes her long life and prosperity.

Lanre Gentry, who has not yet legally divorced Mercy, shared a picture of his beautiful new wife on her birthday as he celebrated her.

Taking his Instagram page, he writes: “My good wife happy birthday to you. Long life and prosperity may God be with you and your family in Jesus name.”

Mercy Aigbe and Lanre Gentry ended their marriage in April 2018 after a lot of controversies including domestic violence allegation, which the actress levelled against Gentry.

It was also revealed that Lanre had a wife before Mercy Aigbe. So, this is his third marriage.

According to him, his first marriage was a bad choice, and he has regrets that when he was a young man, he didn’t listen to his father when he married the first time.
