Meghan Markle is partnering with victims of the Glenfell fire to release a cookbook.

The book is called Together: A Community Cookbook and will be released by the Duchess of Sussex alongside the women whose families were affected by the Glenfell fire.

The Hubb community kitchen was founded after the Glenfell fire in 2017 as a place for the women to cook for their families and neighbours affected by the Glenfell fire. ‘Hubb’ means love in Arabic.

According to TMZ, this is Meghan Markle’s first solo charity event since she became a royal and funds gotten from book sales will go towards supporting the kitchen.

Meghan reportedly wrote the foreword to the cookbook, which features family recipes, with roots stretching across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and the Eastern Mediterranean.

The book is being officially released on the 20th of September.
