Starz announced that Kendrick will appear in the 5th episode of the 5th season, titled ‘Happy Birthday.’
Executive Producer of the show Mark Canton described Kendrick as a “once in a generation talent.”
“Courtney, 50 [Cent] and I felt it would be exciting to create a role for him in ‘Power.’ Everyone involved is thrilled to have him join the family,” he said.
